Does a divorce occur with the words, "You are divorced, leave," if the wife does not leave out of fear?

A man's statement to his wife, "You are divorced," is considered an explicit divorce that does not require intention. Consequently, his wife is divorced from him, regardless of whether she left the house or not. If this divorce is not the third and final one, he may take her back before her waiting period (iddah) expires.
