Is the marriage of a Sunni woman to a Shiite man who believes in the book "Al-Kafi" valid and permissible?

The marriage of a Sunni woman to a Rafidi (Shia) man is invalid and nullified according to Islamic law if he believes in the misguidance and heresy found in "Al-Kafi." Efforts must be made to separate the spouses. If annulment is not possible, or if the husband refuses divorce, the wife can seek khul' (dissolution of marriage by mutual consent) by offering compensation, such as waiving her deferred dower or returning what he paid her. The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa stating that the marriage of Sunni women to Shia or communist men is invalid, and that the wife must not allow her husband sexual access, should return to her family, and should refer the matter to the responsible authorities.
