Is it obligatory to perform ghusl and prayer again upon seeing a light yellow discharge after performing ghusl from menstruation, which was not followed by the white discharge, and can clear discharge be considered a sign of purity?

A woman recognizes her state of purity by one of two signs: dryness (the cotton swab comes out clean after being inserted) or the al-Qassah al-Bayda’ (a white discharge that follows menstruation). If a woman sees either of these two signs, she must perform ghusl (ritual bath). After that, she should not pay attention to any yellowish or brownish discharge, unless it occurs during her usual menstrual period.
