Does delaying the 'Isha prayer until 40 minutes before Fajr, along with the repeated emission of gas which led to catching only one rak'ah before the Adhan, necessitate sin?

The Isha prayer has two times: a preferred time (mukhtar) and a necessary time (daruri). It is not permissible to delay the prayer until the necessary time except due to a necessity or a legitimate excuse, such as illness or travel. If the reason for the delay is a continuous emission (hadath (definition) mustamir), there is no sin, as long as the time has not expired. The sick person and the one with continuous emission that ceases, are permitted to delay the prayer until the necessary time, but it is not permissible to delay it until its time expires. If they fear the time will expire, the sick person prays in their current state, and the one with continuous incontinence (sahib al-salas) performs ablution and hastens to pray, and their prayer is valid even if they emit during the prayer. Whoever catches one unit (rak'ah) of the prayer within its time has caught the prayer. This ruling applies only to those with excuses.
