Is it permissible for a woman to learn and memorize the Quran with a group of women online under the supervision of a shaykh, and is it permissible for her to memorize it during menstruation?

It is preferred for women to read (the Qur’an) under the tutelage of a woman to avoid fitnah (temptation/strife). If this is not possible, it suffices to memorize through a recorder or computer. However, if there is a necessity for a man to teach women, it is stipulated that the teacher be elderly and righteous, that the speech be limited to what is necessary without softening the voice, that the teacher withdraw if he feels an inclination in his heart, and that there be no private conversations. A woman's voice is not awrah (nakedness/private part) unless she softens her speech. A menstruating woman is permitted to read and memorize the Qur’an without touching the Mushaf (physical copy of the Qur’an), or by touching the Mushaf with a barrier, or by reading the Qur’an from books of Tafsir (exegesis).
