Does a pure object that my impure hand touched after it dried become impure due to my hand sweating?

If a hand that has become impure sweats, and then touches something pure, the sweat spreads the impurity. The spot on the pure object that the hand touched must be washed. One must be cautious of obsessive doubt (waswasa) due to its significant harm.
