Is it permissible when supplicating to raise one's hands towards a grave?

If the intention is to raise the hands for supplicating for the deceased in his grave, then this is permissible and recommended. However, if the intention is to raise the hands to supplicate to the deceased and seek his help instead of Allah, then this is polytheism (shirk) and is not permissible.
