What is the ruling on allowing daughters to wear trousers and a long blouse, given that they are religiously committed?
You must teach your daughters that the is an obligatory duty, and that their negligence in it may nullify the reward of their great acts of worship. You should advise them kindly, give them beneficial materials, and take them to scholars.
If you are able to prevent them from going out in these clothes by force, then do so, unless it leads to a greater tribulation, such as their aversion to religion or abandoning prayer.
If you fear tribulation, you may boycott them. However, if you predominantly believe that boycotting will yield the opposite of the intended result, then do not legislate it. Instead, confine yourself to reminding them of Allah and supplicating for them.
