Is it permissible for me, as an agricultural engineer, to accept a government agricultural project if the officials in charge stipulate that they share in its implementation and approval of its stages, given that they are the ones who will receive it from me?

Exploiting one's position to demand participation in a project in exchange for a privilege is considered bribery and is contrary to Islamic law. Indeed, the one who gives a bribe, the one who takes it, and the intermediary have all been cursed. It is not permissible to grant such a privilege unless it becomes the only means to secure your right, such as being the most deserving of the project due to offering lower prices or better specifications. This act is forbidden for them, as the sin lies with the one who receives, not the one who gives.
