It is not permissible to approve of the mixing of men and women at dining tables and similar gatherings, nor the conversations and laughter that accompany such situations. It is a great mistake for a wife to talk or laugh with her sister's husband, whether face-to-face or over the phone. The jealousy you feel for your wife is a praiseworthy jealousy, and it is obligatory to prevent such a situation from occurring.
