The forbidden bribe is that which is given to invalidate a right, validate a falsehood, or obtain something the giver is not entitled to. So, if it is your right to place the order in a good spot and you cannot do so except by giving money to the employee, then there is no blame upon you, and the sin is upon the employee. However, if it is not your right to place it in that spot, then what you offer is a forbidden bribe, both for you and for him.
