Is it permissible to advertise a product for sale at a price of (135 Egyptian Pounds) that includes the product's price (100 Pounds) and shipping costs (35 Pounds), while stating that shipping is free, knowing that the buyer is the one who pays the shipping cost as part of the total price?

This advertisement contains deception against the seller, as he believes that the amount is the true price and that shipping is free, which is contrary to reality. Therefore, the advertisement should be free of deception, such as stating: "Pay an amount of such and such to receive the product at your location," to include both the price and delivery. There is no harm in combining sale and lease for one price, and this is permissible according to many scholars, and it is the common practice of people today. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah also stated this.
