Is it permissible for the deceased's wife to claim compensation from her husband's former employer, and what is the amount of compensation, and is it for the husband along with his daughter, or for him alone?

The deceased's family (his wife and guardians) have no right to demand compensation or blood money from the car owner for the deceased and his daughter because he has no connection to what happened. If a sane person commands something, and it perishes as a result, there is no guarantee upon him.
