What is the interpretation of the verse, "Blessed is he who is in the fire and those around it," from Surat An-Naml?

The exegetes differed regarding the meaning of "blessed" (بورك) on two accounts: The first is that it means "sanctified," and accordingly, Allah the Almighty referred to Himself or the tree. The second is that what is meant is invoking blessings and praying for blessings upon those in the fire, namely Musa or the angels. As for the fire, what is meant by it is the light of Allah that Musa saw, and this is supported by the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah عز وجل does not sleep, and it is not befitting for Him to sleep. His veil is the Fire; were He to lift it, the splendors of His Face would burn everything His gaze reaches." As for "those around it" (من حولها), it was said to be the angels, or the angels and Musa.
