Is marriage concluded solely by consent and the statement "You are my wife" over the internet? And will Allah forgive the filming of parts of the body and the practice of masturbation due to another person's request, and uttering words that anger Allah, reaching the point of polytheism, followed by repentance?

The questioner committed two grave sins: first, engaging in an illicit relationship with a girl and a young man, and second, telling the young man, "There is no need to worship God," which is an act of disbelief (kufr). Allah has opened the door of repentance to His servants and promised forgiveness to those who repent with sincere repentance. Repentance means abandoning the sin and regretting it. The one who repents must not be afflicted with the whispers of non-acceptance of repentance. What happened between the questioner and the girl was not a marriage but an illicit relationship. We praise Allah for guiding her, and we advise her to utilize her time in obeying Allah, to be keen on good companionship, and to increase her prayers and recitation of the Quran.
