Is it permissible for a woman to work in shops where there is extensive mixing, even with adherence to Sharia regulations and a need for money, or with the husband's comfortable financial situation for the purpose of increasing the family's income?

A woman is permitted to work in a permissible profession that suits her nature, provided she adheres to Islamic guidelines. Her presence with a man under one roof is not forbidden intermingling if she is modest and only speaks to men when necessary. It is preferable for a woman to work in a place where no man sees her, as this is safer for her and further from temptation. She is allowed to work even if she does not need money, but it is better for her to stay in her home to manage her husband's affairs and raise her children, as Allah Almighty says: "And abide in your houses."
