How can one get rid of sorcery to return a husband to his wife and children?

Using sorcery to harm people and cause separation between spouses is among the gravest sins and destructive acts. Whoever is afflicted by sorcery should turn to Allah and use ruqyah (definition) (Islamic exorcism) to nullify it. Going to soothsayers and asking them is a major sin, and believing them is disbelief in what was revealed to Muhammad. Merely asking them prevents the acceptance of prayers for forty days. Accusing the husband's mother based on the words of soothsayers is a grave sin, and one must repent from these suspicions, seek the causes of divorce, and address them.
