How is it not permissible for one to complain about his oppressive, tyrannical father who corrupts his children and hinders their lives, knowing that repelling injustice is a religious duty, and that this father is destroying his son’s life and future?

A son's complaint against his father is not considered disobedience (ʿuqūq) if it is for a legitimate purpose, such as obtaining a right or averting harm, and if this was the only way to achieve it. Nevertheless, it is not permissible for the son to return evil for evil, even if the father oppresses him or mistreats him; rather, he must be patient and keen to show him dutifulness.
