Is the second or third pronouncement of divorce counted in the case where the husband said, "I want the second," and he clenched two fingers before explicitly uttering the divorce?

If the husband says, "I want the second divorce," but does not utter an explicit declaration of divorce, then only the two previous divorces have occurred. However, if he remembers that he divorced his wife a second time and is certain of it, then three divorces have occurred, and his wife has become irrevocably separated from him (baynunah kubra). But if it is merely a doubt about the occurrence of another divorce, a third divorce is not counted, because certainty is not removed by doubt.
