What is the ruling on reciting the mentioned supplications for facilitating matters?

There is no harm in supplicating with this supplication if its meaning is sound, but one should not persist in it nor associate it with a specific time, place, or condition. It is better to suffice with the supplications reported in the Qur’an and Sunnah.
