How does a divorced father please his Lord, given that he is prevented from seeing his daughter and providing her with money, especially since he has not supported her for four years and has another family?

The jurists have agreed that each of the parents has the right to visit their children if custody belongs to the other parent, and the custodian does not have the right to prevent visitation. Therefore, the custodial mother is mistaken by preventing the father of the child from visiting her and from providing for her, and by doing so, she commits a sin and severs ties of kinship. As for the father, there is no sin upon him if he is prevented from visiting his daughter or from providing for her, and he may refer the matter to the judiciary.
