What is the ruling of the Sharia on saying "wa alahu al-'azeem" (and He is the Mighty One) instead of "wa Allah al-'azeem" (and by Allah, the Mighty)?

It is not permissible to intentionally distort the beautiful names of Allah, whether in mockery or play, such as saying "wa Allah al-'Adheem" (By Allah, the Almighty) as "wa Allah al-'Azeem" (By Allah, the Great). This is considered a form of deviation concerning His names and a sign of negligence and lack of the reverence due to Him. This act is considered disbelief after faith if intended as mockery and ridicule, as Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?' Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief." However, if a person is unable to pronounce Allah's names correctly, there is no blame upon him.
