What is the ruling on buying an apartment in a building owned by a Christian, which has Muslim and Christian owners?

There is no harm in buying an apartment from a Christian. However, a Muslim should choose a suitable neighbor above all else, because a righteous neighbor is one of the most important things a person seeks, even before the dwelling itself.
