What is the ruling on keeping an audio clip that contains ordinary conversation of a person and some of her female friends purely for memories?

There is no Shari'ah impediment to hearing a woman's voice, as long as there is no fear of temptation. A woman's voice is not considered 'awrah (that which must be concealed) according to the more preponderant opinion, and it is not forbidden to hear it.
