Is it permissible to deal with clients, customers, and sources that an employee got to know during his work at a previous company after leaving that company?

First: The financial sums that the company did not hand over and the employee did not waive are her right and must be demanded, unless the employee absolves the company of them after the right has been established.

Second: There is no objection to the employee dealing with her former acquaintances in the company after she has left her job, or with the source her former manager used to deal with.

Third: Women's work in this era is surrounded by many prohibitions due to the abundance of temptations. She must adhere to the Sharia guidelines regarding going out, dress, and speaking with men when necessary. She should not speak in a soft, alluring voice, nor should she be alone with a non-mahram man.
