Does divorce occur if the wife's brother enters the house after the wife told him that her husband swore he would not enter, knowing that the husband did not swear by divorce but intended to prevent his wife's brother from entering the house?

As long as you did not swear an oath by divorce, then do not divorce your wife if her brother enters your house. This is between you and Allah. However, you must repent to Allah for lying.
