What are the adhkar (remembrances) and tasbeeh (glorifications) that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to say during his prolonged bowing and prostration in the Night Vigil Prayer (Salat al-Layl)?

There is no specific number of supplication formulas for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in bowing (rukūʿ) and prostration (sujūd). Various authentic formulas have been reported from him, including: "Exalted are You, O Allah, our Lord, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive me," and "Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great," and "Glory be to my Lord, the Most High," and "O Allah, forgive me all my sins, the small and the great, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden," and "Glorious, Most Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit," and "Glory be to the Possessor of Might, Sovereignty, Grandeur, and Magnificence." A Muslim may choose any of these remembrances and repeat it in their bowing and prostration.
