A question concerning endowments: Are the sons and daughters of daughters included in the endowment?

The inclusion of the children of daughters, both sons and daughters, in an endowment depends on what the endower has stipulated. If he included them, then they are included. If he excluded them, then they are excluded. The condition set by the endower is like a legislative text, as long as it does not contradict Islamic law.
