What is the ruling on sharing links to the Holy Quran as a perpetual charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) on behalf of the deceased?

It is permissible to share links to the Holy Quran from which people can benefit by listening to it and learning it, with the intention of it being an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) for the deceased. This is because every act of worship performed by a Muslim, the reward of which they dedicate to another Muslim, benefits them and they receive the reward.
