Is it permissible to buy goods and clothes using hacked credit cards, knowing that the cardholders will reclaim their money through the "refund" feature?

It is not permissible to steal people's money or consume it unlawfully, even if they are able to recover it, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not consume your property among yourselves in falsehood." Consuming property unlawfully includes taking it through injustice, theft, treachery, or from a forbidden source like gambling. It was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The hand is responsible for what it has taken until it returns it." This is evidence of the obligation to return what one has seized that belongs to another, and one is not absolved until it is returned to its owner or to one who acts on their behalf.
