A head whose features are not clear, such as being without eyes or a nose, does not fall under the category of forbidden images. The same applies if the image is incomplete in a way that life cannot be imagined with it, such as the image of a head without a chest or abdomen. If it is complete and clear but small, some scholars have permitted it.
