Is illness, every major and minor thing, and a person's movement, a divine decree from Allah in which we have no say?

Everything that happens in the universe occurs by Allah's decree and preordainment, as Allah the Almighty says: "Indeed, We created all things with a [divine] decree," and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah ordained the destinies of creation fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth." The servant has no role except to take the means that Allah has commanded. Scholars have warned against delving into the topic of divine decree, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When divine decree is mentioned, withhold."
