What is the Sharia ruling on my continued marriage to a wife who lies, raises her voice at me, does not interact well, and is not skilled in household matters, knowing that I have tried to reform her many times but to no avail?

The wife is religiously obligated to treat her husband kindly, obey him, and respect his headship. The treatment for nushooz (marital discord/disobedience) is outlined in the Quran. Abandonment is not the only method for treating nushooz, and divorce should not be hastened except after exhausting other means. Patience with the wife might be prioritized for certain considerations, but if the objectives of marriage are not achieved by maintaining the marital bond, then separation is more appropriate. One should deliberate and weigh matters carefully. It is possible to consider keeping her and marrying another woman if the husband is capable of being just. A daughter's disobedience to her parents is serious and can be a cause of her ill character and the disruption of married life, as sins can be a cause of tribulation.
