The answer

If the wealth reaches the and a year has passed over it, becomes obligatory, even if its owner is a minor. The questioner should strive to determine the time when the wealth reached the nisab, then pay zakat on it after a year has passed, and so on every year, bearing in mind the words of Allah Almighty: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity." The nisab for paper money is the equivalent value of 85 grams of gold or 595 grams of silver.
