If your field of work is in what is permissible, and it has no connection to broadcasting or aiding in what is forbidden, then there is no harm for you in that. However, if your work there necessitates direct involvement in or aiding what is forbidden, and you cannot avoid that, then it is not permissible for you to work there unless you are compelled to do so, such that you find no means to earn your living or the living of those you support except through that work. In such a case, you may undertake it while searching for a permissible job that has no objectionable elements.
