Is it permissible for a mother to place her disabled son in a specialized institution due to the difficulty of dealing with him and his causing problems for his siblings at home?

There is no objection to housing disabled children in a center that undertakes their care, expenses, and treatment, as long as this does not lead to their neglect, and the religion of Islam does not prohibit that.
