What is the share of each heir from the inheritance?

The wives of the deceased receive one-eighth (1/8) as a fixed share, to be divided equally among them, due to the presence of an heir from the offspring. The remaining inheritance is for the sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic succession), with the male receiving the share of two females. Nothing goes to the children of the son, nor to the full sister or full brothers, due to the presence of the son. The division of the inheritance must be postponed until the condition of the pregnancy becomes clear.
