Does uttering the word "no" invalidate the prayer before completing the first Tasleemah?

If the person asking the question is afflicted with waswas (obsessive whispering/doubts), their prayer is not invalidated by adding two letters in one of the two tasleems (salutations at the end of prayer), because they are overcome by their condition. If this occurs from someone not afflicted with waswas due to forgetfulness, their prayer is not invalidated, and they should perform the prostration of forgetfulness (sujood as-sahw). However, if it was done intentionally, their prayer is invalidated.
