Is it permissible in Islamic law for a wife to undergo a breast lift operation due to sagging after childbirth if the husband desires it?

For breast firming in women, there are two situations:

1. Using drugs and medications: Permissible, provided there is no harm.

2. Through surgical procedure: If the sagging is minor and the operation is solely for beautification: It is not appropriate, as it may be considered altering Allah's creation. The sin increases if a man performs the operation, leading to the exposure of 'awrah (intimate parts). If the sagging is severe and painful, or causes unbearable harm: There is no objection to firming them. The operation should be performed by a female doctor if available; otherwise, by a male, provided it is not done in seclusion.
