Does the prohibition of masturbation mean that a person with physical deformities is deprived of experiencing pleasure or the ability to ejaculate for the rest of his life?

It is recommended to turn to Allah with humble supplication to find a righteous wife, while having a good opinion of Allah, and seeking assistance from trustworthy individuals in the search. One must abstain from masturbation as it is forbidden except in specific cases, remembering Allah's saying: "And let those who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty."
