What must a girl do who has not prayed for 25 years, and committed many sins such as lying, fornication, and theft, and abandoned fasting and reading the Quran, then repented? Does she have to make up the missed prayers, and what is your advice to her?

The door of repentance is open no matter how many sins one has committed. Sincere repentance (Tawbatun Nasuh) is a truthful repentance through which Allah erases evil deeds and replaces them with good ones. For theincere penitent, Allah's love for his repentance is sufficient.

According to the majority of jurists, whoever has missed prayers and fasts must make them up (qada'). Others have maintained that one who abandons prayer commits an act of disbelief (kufr). Such a person must engage in sincere repentance and perform abundant supererogatory acts of worship and obedience, and there is no make-up (qada') required for them. However, making them up (qada') is preferable to avoid disagreement.
