What must a grown woman who, out of laziness, did not fast or pray for years, do after she repented?

Repentance demolishes what came before it. It is achieved through remorse, resolve, and sincerity in worship, accompanied by an increase in supererogatory acts such as prayers by night and day, voluntary fasting, remembrance of Allah, reciting the Quran, and supplication. Allah accepts repentance and pardons evil deeds.
