How can a woman who feels lonely and lost, whose relationship with God is wavering, and who regrets falling into disobedience, strengthen her connection with God, regain the pleasure of obedience, and repent with sincere repentance, especially since she fears that God may be angry with her forever?

Adultery is one of the gravest major sins, but no matter how great the sin, Allah accepts the sincere repentance of His servant and forgives him. Allah Almighty said: "And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons sins" [Ash-Shura: 25], and Allah Almighty said: "Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by committing sins], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."" [Az-Zumar: 53]. Repentance erases what preceded it, and Allah rejoices in the repentance of His servant and loves those who repent. The greatest foundation of repentance is remorse, which involves magnifying the enormity of the transgression as an acknowledgment of Allah's right and believing in the recompense. Part of sincere repentance is avoiding the causes of sin, cutting off the paths leading to it, being wary of following the footsteps of Satan, and increasing good deeds.
