True repentance involves abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving never to return to it, while concealing one's fault and not openly proclaiming it. Whoever repents with a true repentance should rejoice in Allah's pardon and forgiveness, harbor good thoughts of their Lord, and strive in righteous deeds.
