Will God accept the repentance of a woman who committed adultery, aborted, then repented and shunned unlawful acts?

What you have committed—adultery while being married, and abortion—is a great sin and a grave crime. Adultery is an abomination, and abortion is forbidden, becoming even more prohibited after the ensoulment. Therefore, you must offer sincere and truthful repentance by immediately abandoning the sin, regretting what has happened, and resolving never to return to it. Allah accepts repentance and forgives all sins. You should also conceal your own secret.
