Is it permissible to agree to the numerous terms of service written in English in software and electronic marketplaces without reading them, due to not mastering the English language?

A wise person should not sign a contract whose contents they are ignorant of, because it might entail accepting something they cannot fulfill or that would burden them. If they predominantly believe that the contract contains a forbidden condition, then it is not permissible for them to sign it.
