What is the ruling on swearing with the following formula, while deliberately lying: "O Allah, if I did such and such, then curse me in this world and the hereafter, and gather me with Iblis in Hell, and indeed I am خارج من الإسلام (outside of Islam)"?

Whoever falsely swears to leave the fold of Islam has committed a grave evil. Some scholars have gone so far as to say that by doing so, he has disbelieved, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever swears an oath by a religion other than Islam, lying, then he is as he said," and his saying: "Whoever says, 'I am free from Islam,' if he is lying, then he is as he said." If he believes that he has disbelieved by doing so, then he has indeed disbelieved. It is incumbent upon whoever has said that to offer sincere repentance to Allah, regret his action, and increase in good deeds. As for invoking a curse upon himself and wishing to be resurrected with Iblis, this is another evil that also requires repentance. And if his action has led to the loss of a right, he must restore it to its owner.
