"Al-Taghabun" means that people will defraud each other. The Day of Judgment is called the Day of Al-Taghabun because the people of Paradise will defraud the people of Hell therein. This is because the people of Paradise took Paradise and the people of Hell took Hell by way of exchange. Thus, the defrauding occurred due to their exchanging good for evil and the excellent for the inferior.
