How do we respond to those who claim that the stories in the divine scriptures, such as the story of Adam and Eve, were known to the ancient Greeks?

Greek civilization is recent compared to the divine messages, and it is possible that the Greeks were acquainted with the stories of previous prophets. As for the accusation that the Quran is copied from the words of ancient peoples, this was the saying of the disbelievers of Quraysh, and Allah responded to them by saying: ﴿Say, "It was sent down by He who knows the secret in the heavens and the earth."﴾ It suffices as a refutation that Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, was unlettered, neither reading nor writing, yet he brought forth coherent stories free of discrepancies, which were unknown in his society. It is preferable to turn away from arguing with someone in such ignorance.
