Can a father force his daughter to work in a mixed environment?

Working in mixed-gender environments is forbidden due to the religious and worldly harms and dangers it entails. Therefore, it is not permissible for a woman to work or study in a mixed-gender place, nor is it permissible for her guardian to grant her permission to do so. Consequently, it is not permissible for a father to force his daughter to work in a mixed-gender environment, and if he does force her, she is not obligated to obey him, because "there is no obedience in sin; obedience is only in what is right and good." The daughter must explain to her father the prohibition of this work and remind him of his duty to protect his family.
